Maximum gain four-move sequences -- my 311 solution

Congratulations on the 311, Stein!
I came up with two 310's and three 309's.
My first 310 -- the one I alluded to in the earlier post -- has the starting position below that is nearly identical to yours (with Blue's inner board irrelevant). But what a difference a pip makes.
Blue 22 (Bar/23*(2) 23/21* 22/20*) and White 11 (hit back) lets Blue sweep with 66 33 66. I gain 4 pips by replacing one of your 22's with a 33, but I lose the 4 pips from being hit back. (In other words, in your solution Blue got off the point that was then hitlessly reslotted.) The swing pip that I lost, though, is in hitting on the 21pt twice instead of on the 22pt twice.
