The problem with these sometimes is to assign a value to the likelyhood that random fish will get them right or wrong. Going on memory alone I believe 43D-64R produces not only fewer opportunities for random fish to make an error, but a lot of the errors he can make are small ones.

With 43D-64S though there are more possibilities and some really gross blunders that can creep out.
