It looks difficult for Yellow to win 40% from here. If Black rolls an immediate 6 then I think Yellow has very few wins. And even if Black doesn't roll a 6, I don't think Yellow is a favorite. So I would pass as Yellow. Is Black TG? Surely not; Black won't have a cash any more after failing to roll a 6.

D/P, though I might be underestimating Yellow's winning chances.
