Blacks chances are clearly inside his doubling window and he has many big marketlosers. Also the position is not too gammonish so I think black's redouble is clear.
I'm not so sure about the take; 19 of black's numbers break his prime, after which I think white is the favorite, but not by very much. Let's say white wins 11 games there.
White will also win some of the 17 games when black escapes or rolls a small ace. Let's say he wins 2.5 games of those.
That adds up to 13.5 games, not the 40% that is needed to take, so I would drop.
