21S-21S-32U-11E-652-65? What!?

I agree with Tim and Casper. R (Run, 21/10) looks like the right idea. The alternative of r (run, 24/13), which probably isn't even second best, looks way too conservative when Opp has that pathetic blot on her 2pt. Moving that blot back to her 6pt or 8pt would make a big difference (not only because of the blot but also because of the 4 or 6 pips); then I would play r.

Consider this vaguely related position (left-hand diagram) from Backgammon Openings (p. 87). The best play is shown on the right.
Here is one of the paragraphs of analysis:

65R-44B-31D (Diag. A239 in the book) 152
Slotting in front of an advanced anchor can be a powerful ploy. White faces a dilemma: if she hits in A239, she breaks her anchor and/or forgoes making an offensive point; if she fails to hit, Black might cover the slotted point.
Like any other principle, the italicized concept can be overemphasized, but it can certainly be applied productively to your feature position (top of post) with White having that 2pt blot. R (Run, 21/10) is probably best (though much closer) even if you take away Blue's 5pt (i.e., move those checkers back to the 6pt and/or 8pt).
