Nobody has addressed the nactation or plays involved up to this point so I will roll by roll.

21S

My choice for this opening move is slotting of course. Slotting has won every major rollout under the sun at virtually all scores. That said, splitting is in the .010 arena as far as errors are concerned according to the bots so if you are more comfortable with it or if your opponent is the stronger player it's certainly a valid move.

21S-21S

The plays are too close to call or 'tied' using Nack and Paul's terminology but technically best according to the bot rollouts would be U, 24/21. I agree with the neural nerds fwiw.

21S-21S-32@

Your original choice of U is legit but I prefer the anchor symbol, @. While your choice may be equally correct the anchor symbol gets straight to the point of the play and cuts out any possible ambiguity. Nack has yet to cover '@' in his tutorial so it's understandable to use another symbol that has been fully explained.

21S-21S-32@-11U

This isn't my strength when it comes to nactation. A lot of the time when I'm using nactation it will be OtB to help me record a match and input it later so I use the first symbol that pops to mind and gets the point across. Here for example I know OtB I'd nactate it as 11U knowing that it may not be technically best. The reasoning is I'm certain that 6/5(2) is part of the play so the only question that remains is how to play the remaining two aces. U addresses that part of the play and leaves no ambiguity in my mind. I think that the uppercase E could be used for the play also but 'e' may refer to 6/5(2) 24/22 instead of the intended 23/21.

21S-21S-32@-11U-652

Again, my choice may not be technically best but it is what I'd use OtB. It leaves no confusion. What I am sure of is that your 65R is no good. R implies running a back checker into the outfield so 65R here could only mean 21/10.
