Best: I'm pretty sure it's 31P-54D for money as well as DMP. I can't remember the reason that I learned that (it was more than idle curiosity), but it makes sense: strongest opening roll met by least constructive reply that can't even split versus an impending prime.

Worst: I can't think of anything is clearly worse than Gregg's 62S-66B at DMP. The blot on the 10pt (with 63S-66B) or 9pt (with 64S-66B) is arguably weaker for counter-containment and is less likely to slot the 5pt but it's a pip or two less bad for the race and that seems more relevant.
