24/21*/20 is the play I am pretty sure I'd make over the board, but it is not so clear cut. Blonde is far down in the race, also after the hit. After 24/21*/20, what would remain is a holding position with a large race deficit, combined with some containment chances against Chocolate's back checker. Not very promising.

You could consider a more aggressive ace 6/5 or 8/7 to increase the containment chances and potentially have a 21/20 backgame to fall back on when hit. I am not sure whether those aggressive options are better, but they deserve consideration, and also the score points that way.

Decrease Chocolate's race lead by, say, 5 pips, and 24/21*/20 becomes clear I think.
