32D-51, data

Is there a TCTC threshold? If I read the code correctly, the three most recent money rollouts have produced differences of .002, .002 and .005. Isn't there a significant digit argument here?
You interpret the nacbrac (Nactation bracket) key correctly.
It's up to each individual how s/he wants to utilize data from rollouts. Many factors go into the decision and you might choose to split in the same position someone else might slot, or choose to vary yourself depending upon opponent, score or other conditions.
Unless stronger players have a significant lead in a match, they generally prefer to make the early game play that is more likely to induce errors and/or leads to greater long-term complications, with a sacrificial tipping point that is usually at least .005 (and evidently some player/s are willing to push it to about ten times that on occasion).
