Neil, I think in that scenario, the cube should be dead - so you need to kindly ask your opponent to de-cube, a seldom seen action in match play... LOL. Am pretty sure that is also what you'd do, right? Now, if asked to RULE on it, I would not know what to do...

Pity Stick, but hope for better luck for you and the others in the remainder of the tournament!
