At DMP or Gammon Save, I think I would just run 23/16.

For money and at the score (-7,-7), I would play 22/17 7/5*. Looks like this play makes you a favorite to win the fight for your 5pt, while also giving you a great chance to advance your anchor from the 22pt to the 17pt.
