The first problem 32D-21$-52, right (caption in post is wrong)?

In the first position I can't seem to get away from 13/11 10/5. It's so strong if White can't roll a 4.

In the second, I'd play 13/11 6/4(2) 5/3*, building and trying to keep him busy.
