I would tend to agree. The top 10% in Monte Carlo probably average .5 to 1.0 in PR lower than the top 10% in Novi or Pittsburgh, but the bottom 20% in Monte Carlo probably average 1.0 to 2.0 higher than the corresponding players in Novi or Pittsburgh.
