Monte Carlo - Last 4

On another post I listed the 5 (now 6) females to get this far. I didn't list Carol because while she did win the World Championship she did that in Las Vegas and not Monte Carlo, and I'm not sure if everyone agrees that the Las Vegas and Bahamas results pre-1979 should be included in discussion of Monte Carlo semi-finalists. There is also some conjecture that an Alice Topping won in 1969, but I have never been able to prove that the World Championships were actually held that year. I also don't have a list of the semi-finalists pre-1977, so it's possible other women have made the semis, albeit not in Monte Carlo.
