Relative strength ABT Vs MC

I have a good idea of the PR's of the top well-known players both in the U.S. and abroad. I haven't been to Monte Carlo in may years, but if it is anything like it was, there are a number of weak players that enter the field because of the location, the social aspect, and the outside chance of being the world champion at something they love. At ABT events the average player in an open plays to about a 6.0 PR and the bottom 10% probably average between 8 and 10.
