I used to have money trunc results for the progressive series 51S-64P-F-65, 52S-53P-F-65, 53S-42P-F-65, 54S-31P-F-65 (the four positions diagrammed below), or thought I did. My recollection is vague so I don't trust it, but I think that R (Run, 24/13) is best in at least three of the positions (including yours, which is diagrammed first) so as to deprive roofed Opp of good 6s (which S or D would grant). In the fourth position, it might be any of R (Run), D (Down, 13/8 13/7) or S (Split, 24/18 13/8).

For 51S-64P-F-65: I'm less interested in the best play at the score of -11-4 (a less useful reference point), but since you posted it that way I'd probably go with H (Hit, 13/7 6/1*), which is probably not far wrong even for money.
