Liquidity (number of online players) is the most critical issue for every online operator.

Skill level, on a high end is something most people want when there is no money involved, on a low end, when there is money involved.

Lots of tournaments features: regular scheduled tournaments for all time zones, automated multi-level tournaments with prizes to win, sit and go´s, etc.

There is also the issue between membership fee vs. rake.

I have never understood the clear positionning of GS within the online bg world and what the clear USP was.

I can defenitely give more inputs once I know what GS is aiming at.
