These are a lot of random thoughts, but I think we could do so much better than what we are currently doing.

First thing I would like to see changing - registration fees.

OK, in championship flight registration fees are "only" 24% of entry fee, but look at intermediate and beginner flights:

Intermediate - €400 entry + €240 registration (60%!)
Beginner - €200 entry + 240 registration (120%!!!)

If you want to keep "special gala dinner & show with superstar" mandatory - ok, keep it mandatory, but just for championship flight.
Registration fee for intermediate should be at most €100, and for beginner even lower if possible.

It is no wonder that only 20 people play in beginner flight. Current fees are ridiculous!
