I have no idea what organizing other events involves in terms of costs. To be honest, I donīt even know how much it costs for other TDīs to organize their backgammon tournaments.

All I know is the costs for what I provide on my events, which donīt have the worst reputation btw, and I also know that rakes are really not too high compared to the expenses. I am happy to cover my expenses and costs but even with my rakes (which probably are higher than those of others), be sure that I can not recoup the hours of work that I invest.

Anyone else who think they can do better by offering the same quality and service, be my guest and try out for yourself. We can always discuss afterwards how you feel about people complaining about registration fees.
