How do I attach comments to a match analysed by GNU?

If you mean add comments, at the top GNUBG menu go to: View => Panels => Commentary. Make sure Commentary is checked.

To export your annotation, see Settings => Export and at the "Include" options box, make sure Annotations is checked.
