Hit and Slot 5pt or Hit and Slot 3pt?

If this play is a next, I need to go back to parchisi or some more simple game.

We lead in the race by miles now and still still easily lose to a counter attack from our opp. I think 13/10 stripping is clear wrong since it gives great 6's to hit with the spare.

Between 8/5 and 6/3 I slightly prefer the more slightly flexible and duping 6/3. I am happy if this works and I make my 3 pt here, which takes away a decent back point from my opp as well. We are also less likely to be hit after 6/3 than 8/5.
