IMO, your original post gave away the answers (IMO). Running or bringing a spare into the 5pt look like normal-type plays, for which presumably you would have issued no "very-impressed" challenge. If one rejects the weak $ (13/4) play, that reasonably leaves only Z and D. The only remaining trick is assigning Z to one roll and D to the other, and I guessed correctly. Very nice analysis, btw.
Now that I've said that, you might randomize/reverse the QF next time, and to be honest I have no idea what I would have played over the board. In any case, it's a great position pair. You could even make it a trio by including 65R-31P-61P-64 (shown below), where (I assume) R is best.
