I can answer the first one. In the match summary there is a field called "cost".

This is displayed both in the menu windows -> match summary, and in the summary tab on the panel.

The cost says how much match equity was given away per player. So that for instance player A has given away 10% and player B gave away 25%. This means that player A was 50% + (25% - 10%) = 65% favourite.

I have suggested for Xavier that he should display this more clearly like in snowie because backgammon players are stat freaks. On a similar note I think the 'Performance Rating' should be turned on as a default because everybody eventually want to know how to get the performance rating.
