(1) 61P-31P-64
(2) 61P-42P-63, above left
(3) 61P-53P-62, above right
(4) 61P-64P-61
(5) 61P-53P-61

I think the interesting contrast is between (2) and (3), diagrammed above. On the left, I like R (Run, 24/15). On the right, I like D (Down, 13/11 13/7). Running with 63 leaves 9 more outfield shots than coming down, while running with 62 leaves 12 more outfield shots than coming down; that's a 3-shot swing. There's also a 3-pip swing in the race that relatively motivates running in the first position.

Obviously, if I run with 63 for (2), I run with 64 for the (1) position.

I'm not sure about (5). I was on the fence but decided to go with S (Split, 24/23 13/7) because that will contrast with (4)'s gimme play of $ (Slot, 13/7 6/5). I don't quite buy that the reason you included (4) is because the position's feelings would have otherwise been hurt. :)

In short, my answers are R, R, D, $, S.

A related position that might interest you is 61P-64P-62, diagrammed below.
