I am not sure of the sequence leading to the position since, even to me, coming up looks better than down for White's hit.

Yes, I think 53H (24/20 13/10*) is an error of about .04.

Increasing this sequence by just one roll, to 54S-61P-32Z-51H-21H-44, produces the same position but with an error of less than .02 (the underlined play of 32Z = 24/22 13/10).
