Assuming you'll start with 6/5(2)*.

After that you can play P 5/4(2)* or H 6/4*.

That's how I'd nactate the two plays. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me. :-)

"Someone" has arrived. :) But he (I) is not correcting you; not only do I agree with P and H, but you explained it well.

For this play, I will sometimes use "p" instead of "P," because one might reason that the double-hit is assumed, and having done that then making the 5pt is P and covering the 4pt is p. By using the lower-case letter p you protect yourself from that less usual interpretation.

The trick here, though, is that the letter H refers to a loose hit, so it can only reasonably mean 6/4* (with the obvious 6/5*(2) assumed). So, with H and P side by side, it becomes obvious which two plays are meant. If I were to discuss just the 6/4**(2) play by itself with no reference to the other play in sight, I would use p.
