Your suspected perp was playing at a positive PR on deep analysis so he had to be getting the benefit of outplays (outplaying XG 3 ply's choice). Better to turn off outplays and just use W/C analysis (it is fast enough unless your comp is from last century).

So lets say the guy's PR are now both -0.5. If these were individual games there may be no problems but if these were individual matches of decent length like 7 or more, then this is lots of evidence that he's probably cheating. But still both matches could have been easy to play for his side and he could be a top W/C player.
