The fact that his play was below 0 with outplay turned on and at World Class analysis increases the chances somewhat that he was not cheating. But, he may just be a strong player that just ignored some of the bots advice on bear-ins and such. A longer sample size is required and a look at the type of positions where he outplayed the bot would help. Also, consistent perfect cube action in very difficult positions would be illuminating.
