I think it's a serious error to play your suggested move. By moving all 3 up I keep the same strength board and I kill fours. If I bring both men up with 21/20(2) what happens in the future on some of my threes and fours will force me to destroy my 4 pt. board and leave another blot. I also keep one good 3 to play down the road with this play.
