Yes, but after your play each of the 12 shots you leave are more powerful than the each of the 20 shots after 5/2*, and we are also better off after 5/2* on the dancing numbers. I think it is close between both hits, and difficult to evaluate, because you'd also need to factor in cube efficiencies after the different plays.

I still prefer 24/21, leaving zero powerful shots, but believe my second choice would be 5/2* and third, very close the second, 4/2*/1.
