It may still apply because it's -3 so much away but if you tweak it to less away but still 6 or > I'm sure you'll find a cube because this position, like Paul's cherry picked positions, has the gammons all in favor of the leader. I'm too lazy to rewrite the rule yet to include all these nuances but I know when it should and shouldn't apply, that's enough for me. The rest of you use it at your own peril.
