I wasn't going to vote because I had no clue, but then the vote came out tied, four votes each for 5/1 5/2* and 16/12 7/4. So I shall cast the tiebreaking vote. I just don't like how 5/1 5/2* over commits us, leaving fives to cover our blot, but where we need fives to escape. 16/12 7/4 leaves us better diversified. I'll go with that.
