I don't see these two scenarios as comparable. Flipping a coin is a random process that you're able to mildly influence through skill. But shooting a target is not a random process. The outcome is entirely determined by your physical skill. I accept that even the best shooter doesn't hit the bullseye every time... but that still doesn't mean there's "luck" involved. It just means that the best shooter is still human.
