Depends on the admission fee you'd charge in both scenarios. Say normally 100 admission fee + 400 entrance fee, with jackpots with a rake of 12.5%, or 200 admittance fee + 400 entry fee + jackpots with no rake in the alternative. I am not sure what would work out better for the organizers.
