Bar/19, 8/6. No need to give him any breaks on most of his smallest numbers by providing him a target with b/17.

8/6 rather than 6/4 because neither play gives us any extra "flex", and 8/6 doesn't create a blot. We don't want the 4 point next anyway; given how little we have left to work with, it's important that we make the five point next unless we roll a "perfect" to make the 4 instead.
