Neil, I will pass your words to Gabriella, as well - ask, what will be possible to do to minimize this situation, maybe to instruct well the newcomers unfamiliar with the site functions - should help a lot.

About the blinding people - in this case(when someone completly ignores whisper) - its possible just to GAG him/her - the person could continue watching the match, but you could not see his words.
