In Response To: Rollout: Bearing in with no contact (Timothy Chow)

Walter Trice came up with the program 'Smoothy2' that calculates exactly the wastage of any position and hopefully the correct play. This is a one-sided calculation but I think the answers are right a vast majority of the time. All the checkers have to be in the homeboard, however.
