Chouettiquette

Chouette + etiquette = chouettiquette.
Chicago + chouette + etiquette = chouquettigette. When preceding an e, as here, a "c" is pronounced softly, like an s. That's the reason I changed it to the underlined "qu" (which you inadvertently omitted in your response inquiry to me) that under these circumstances is pronounced like a hard c. I could have used a "k" instead, but "qu" seems more elegant and it retains the "qu" in etiquette (which is displaced by the "g").
In short, I amalgamated the "c" and "g" sounds in Chicago (in that order) into the already-hybrid word chouettiquette. You want silly, you got it.
