Yes, "o" is great for 13/7* 8/5(2).

"c" is 24/18 8/5(2). See the final entry of my list beneath the lower diagram here.

For definitions and explanations of capital C, refer to the tutorial, diagrams #13 (especially), #18 and #18a. (Lower-case c is the secondary member of the C family.)
