I'll punt a 5/3(2)*,13/11,8/6 in here.

Switch, one builder down, one across. Whilst you have a double anchor, and you havent been doubled yet, then you have some freedom to mess around a little. 13/9(2) looks like a standard play with little flexibility (what next?), whereas hitting gives you the opportunity to do some good things.
