If you run, 21/14 looks better to me than 21/16 4/2. But the bots have taught me to play 7/2 4/2 in positions like this. You don't want to be first to leave your anchor and if you have to leave the anchor, you'd want to have the strongest board available, in any case you want to make a strong board for hitting exchanges, and if hit, you'd get a return crack. Also, you force White to tighten up, so next plays won't be that comfy.
