I see little reason to slot a weak inside point if I'm not going to make it, and it would be silly to put more than two checkers on the 3pt or 1pt, so by process of elimination that leaves only two candidates: A (Attack, 8/3(2) 6/1(2) and P (Point, 13/3(2)).

I prefer the distribution of P, but the extra point ("any point in a storm") could come in handy in an exchange of hits so I'll choose A.
