Regarding the "procedure": I believe Phil's link becomes stale almost instantly, while BGO is archived indefinitely, so there needs to be some way to record the position here.

You can compromise by putting up the position and a link to Phil's site. I think it's too bad Phil hasn't been archiving his positions carefully with a logical naming convention for his positions.
