I think the 3 pt is automatic at this score where for cubeful reasons I want to lower the gammons lost and don't gain much from increasing G's won at the expense of games lost.

I'd also just make the 3 pt for money since unlike the case where I am responding to an opening 54S, the race is closer and I have my opp's 5 pt which is good control of his outer board if he runs from the 20 pt being unable to cover it and which means I am also less concerned that he rolls something good to make an inside point.

To me, the 3 pt is the thematic (usual excuse for errors) play with this structure and the desire to attack since we have the opp's 20 pt overrated when we have only a 1 pt board. I wouldn't be surprised if the 3 pt were correct at almost any score.
