Each player has their own list of rolls and is given in a sealed manner to opponent. To get a roll you take the nth number on A's list and nth number on B's list and calculate (a+b-1)mod6. Either player can ensure randomness simply by having their own list be random. Checking afterwards is just a matter of looking at the lists.
