Once I figured out where the home boards were, I'd probably hit on the 10 point, not wanting to break the bar point to hit loose on the 4. At least this gets another checker bearing on the 4 point. Obviously unhappy if he gets a 2nd anchor but even so he may not be able to spring enough checkers to keep his timing.
