Hard to weigh in the relevant factors correctly here, I think. Gammons are quite a bit more likely if taking off 4, but we only need three points to win, not four. More likely to get hit if ripping 4, but should maybe be in a position to win anyway, since XG will have a hard time to contain us and we have at least 8 off in this case. My feeling is 4/0(4) is correct.
