Making the bar or playing 13/6 would be one of the plays I would make, without thinking more about it. A third play that could have some merit is 18/12 13/12, or if you want to be really cool: 18/12 8/7 since it duplicates 1's. Like, pay now, when black has two blots in his home board. But these plays must be wrong, the race dictates strongly against leaving the anchor now.
