XG should display what people are used to. There's no point in trying to patch up the cubeless numbers to be more "logical." That's like putting lipstick on a frog. The cubeless numbers are intrinsically illogical so no amount of patching them up will make them "right."

If you want to do it right then display (at least optionally) the kind of statistics that GNU displays if you "View Statistics" and forget about the cubeless numbers altogether (except when doing a true cubeless rollout, of course).
