3/off 2/off --- because (a) improves Blue's chances of winning a gammon and thereby winning the match, (b) more checkers borne off, improves Blue's chances of winning the game if blot is hit, and (c) I think that White's chances of hitting a second Blue checker are decreased if the blot is left on the 3-point rather than the 1-point.
